Thank you so much to everyone that sent in pictures of Slicktalk playing at the Monument 10k. We had a ton of fun playing and watching people finish the race (of COURSE we would have fun it ourselves, but we had to play...)

Also, thanks to everyone that came out to Cafe Diem to cheer us on. We failed to advance in the competition, but you guys definitely cheered louder than anyone else there, and for that the Captain salutes you!!1!1 Many thanks also to Amanda for sending along the pictures.

Calling All Peeps!

First of all - Forget the fact that the word "peeps" appears in the subject line.

Second of all - Bust out your war paint and don't change your lucky socks till it's over... Slicktalk is in a Contest. This Monday the 16th of April, Captain Slicktalk will be rocking Style Weekly and Cafe Diem's Open Mic Night Contest. We'll have about 8 minutes to play and you'll have 8 minutes to push us onward toward the winning slot. We'll be on between 7 and 8 o' the clock.
